Never received paid for product and poor quality

Purchased outdoor table and chairs the portion of the order received was poor quality. A chair broke the first day and the chairs you cannot set in for falling over. Bought two additional chairs that have never been received. It has been six month. Customer service did absolutely nothing but blame other parts of the company. Do not use this company!

Discontinued Recliner

We bought 2 recliners for the lifetime frame and cushion warranty. After having the chairs for roughly 4-5 months my wife's chair started making weird noises.

They sent out a technician who said a mechanism is out and they would possibly need to take the chair for repair. Almost 2 months later through this time we have been told they discontinued the chair for the exact reason my wife's chair is doing. So we have 2 of them. We feel we should be able to exchange them for something else in order to keep matching chairs and to prevent this long process at a later date with the other chair.

My wife was told they were trying to get the chairs swapped out for something else of our choosing which would be great, but then was told they would just fix the chair and now almost 2 months and still paying for a broke chair, that has a lifetime warranty on it. Not a very happy customer.

Preferred solution: Let us exchange our 2 chairs for something that hopefully will not be discontinued for issues.

User's recommendation: I have found that the smaller mom and pop places take better care of there customers.

Holes in living room furniture

The sales associates were very helpful and so we're delivery guys. My problem was when my brand new furniture arrived it had holes in it.

The delivery men told me to call customer service and fixed the problem. Customer service was rude as though my problem wasn't a real issue. The customer service manager would not come to the phone. The man in customer service said she was busy and she would call me back.

I said okay to my surprise the same man called me back and told me I couldn't refund my furniture, nor get a discount, couldn't cancel protection plan and hung up and my face. First, I got the protection plan as a whole meaning all my furniture not partial. No thank you apologies or anything. Just rude.

Second, 20 minutes later the manager called back still no help she has to speak w/her general manager who isn't in to Wednesday. Really? What's customer service for? So, I ask for a refund that can't be given until Friday and customer service is not sure if it can be given then.

Really?

I've been a loyal customer for 8 years (check your system) and I will not be returning. The second worst experience I've had here I will not make it a third.

Carolyn is rude un professional will not look at you when talking to you. She left her office and left me sitting in their for 45 minutes to not return. Carolyn is nasty to speak with in the phone. She said i had a store credit when i tried to go use it she said i no longer had it do to her not communicating properly dont shop their!!!

Once they have your money your screwed

Store manager will not help you after the sale. Their warranty is worthless and waste of money. Save your time and money, they say what they have to in order get the sale. Service is terrible. Try to call and ask for a manager yourself.

LIARS, LIARS, LIARS I was lied to by the salesman, lied to by customer service manager Chris Garcia, their telephone operator and the GM Don Bilyeu wouldn’t stand behind the lies everyone told. Worst customer service ever. STAY AWAY. I should have read the reviews before shopping there. You know Mathis brothers will take care of you - they’ve been in business forever! They didn’t get successful by lying to everyone! I’ll sit on the floor before shopping there again. Please don’t go there - but if you do, just know everything that comes out of their mouths is a lie!

I purchased a new living room set. With in a week I notice the recliner was a defect. Now it’s been over 2 months and still nothing so we agreed to a refund. It’s been a week and now I have to call again and get the run around. Please learn from my experience go to Mathis brothers they have made some impressive improvements.

Galleria Furniture does not have any stores outside of Oklahoma. There are lots of companies in Texas with similar names, but they are not affiliated.

My wall was damaged by the movers

After agreeing upon an amount to have the damages repaired, I was told I could expect to receive reimbursement for damages in 3-4 business days. It has now been over 20 days & I have been told several times they are waiting for the manager to disburse the refund. This is poor business practice and disrespectful to customers.

They delivery crew is good when they show up. The where scheduled to be at me home between 2-4 and showed up 3 hours late. The only good this atleast the Furniture was in good shape
