The words "customer service" nor "manager" need to be in the same sentence as Sean/Shawn (the person with that title). Very rude.
Very unprofessional. His attitude was condescending. He clearly doesn't care about the customer. Instead of trying to diffuse an upset customer, he incited anger an frustration.
We've all had to tell someone no before and respond with something they don't want to hear, however there's a way to professionally relay this information without permanently losing a customer. Which he has.
Will never step foot in nor make a purchase from Galleria again. I hope the owner reads the reviews posted by so many.
